About the Building

Albert Place Condominiums is a beautifully designed and impeccably crafted structure featuring spacious, contemporary, open-plan units. Studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units are available, all featuring quality materials and high energy efficiency. Windows

Tried and true Pella Energy Star Low “E” proven windows and patio doors protect the units from the elements, while providing optimal views. All double-hung windows and sliding glass patio doors are fit with Pella screens.

Security Systems

Intercom and security systems are wired to all access points of the building as well as to each individual unit. Guests must be rung in by residents, while homeowners have easy access to the building with their own HID cards. Common vestibules, hallways, elevator, and parking area for condo owners are monitored by security camera systems that may be accessed on television from the comfort of their home.

Superior Sound Control

Albert Place Condominiums feature sound control far above the norm. First, interior walls are insulated for sound control with five layers of drywall between units! (Typical wall construction consists of only one layer of drywall on each side.) Secondly, sound control is enhanced with two layers of drywall on ceilings with floors insulated with soundproofing and topped with lightweight concrete.

Masonry Façade

A complete masonry exterior consisting of brick, stone, limestone, and decorative block stands high above Albert and Bailey streets. Custom cornice work is used to highlight the quality of the building.

Rubbish Disposal

Disposal of trash is facilitated by dedicated rooms on each floor with a chute serviced by an enclosed compactor.

Roofing

A single-ply rubber roof provides a weather-tight barrier on the flat roof. A standing seam steel roof accents the building at the main entrance, and 40-year architectural shingles guard the penthouses.

Generator

An auxiliary generator servicing only Albert Place Condominiums provides power for hallways, stairways, vestibules, and parking garage lighting, along with elevator operation, during emergency situations.
